I’ve had this for one day and will give you my impressions. I miss my old Philips. First, I couldn’t find written instructions on the dial and have no idea how to rad the two rows of numbers. My old one has one continuous list of numbers. And I paid extra for the clipping collector that doesn’t do anything so wish I got the cheaper one or the more expensive model. Nice shave though

Not a fan. All beard and mustache trimmer have been bad for years. Last good one was the. T760. ... switching guards is difficult. They are very hard pulling out. Make sure you buy it from a place with no hassle returns. This one you can't read the tiny numbers and its super hard to get the guards off. Guards are cheap, very cheap. Price tag should bring quality for the flagship trimmers Mine came with a broken blade so look out for that. Im sure its probably just mine. 0 stars. Get the Norelco Philips Series 9000, Ultimate Precision Beard and Hair Trimmer with Beard Sense Technology for an Even Trim, BT9810/40 $20 more but it is the one. Cuts through bulk hair like a champ and all you have to do is spend the dial and it automatically sets the length for you don't have to put no guard on or take one off. They do have one that's built with a bunch of guards too same series. Used mine today and I'm going to buy another one for when the one I have now fails in a few years like they all do.

Trimmer motor is slow & lacks power. This does not cut beard hair efficiently. Their 9000 series is better but lacks adjustable dial.

The box was torn, taped closed. The inside was in disarray and the clipper had hair in it.
