These Give You Energy
My fiance started me on these, I have a hectic lifestyle and by the time I get home from work I am pooped out. I'm up at 5:15am crash out at 10 or 10:30pm. I have a 3 hour commute each day for work. I was dragging and hoping I would have energy when I get home for my wife! This peaked my energy and I feel like I did when I was a teenager. I recommend taking this after breakfast, you can play around with it and see how it works for you. I first started taking it with lunch at 1pm but I would stay awake all night. I found my happy medium is between 10-11am for the best energy throughout the day. I never thought I would be taking horse pills in my 20's but here we are!! I highly recommend this for those in their 20's and 30's who are always on the go and work in a high paced environment.

I’m pretty sure that although I eat a fairly balanced diet, I’m probably not getting all of the nutrients the scientists tell us we need. So I chose these Wellman vitamin and oil supplements based upon the trusted brand name and mostly positive reviews on Amazon. As with many supplements, it’s not really possible to precisely measure the benefits or worth of these but I do know that I need all the help I can get with my diet as I get older! I’m generally pleased with my choice and look out for discounts on this brand when I’m needing a new supply. The only downside for me (and I accept that not everyone will be concerned about this) is that I’m not really keen on the taste of the multivitamin. Even when swallowing it down quickly (and these *are* easy to swallow), it does have a slightly unpleasant flavour. Not a major problem but something to be aware of. Overall, I like the Wellman brand and am glad to be taking supplements from a reputable company.
