These are a staple in my household. I recommend these to help with your immune system, although I did not see a vitamin D increase after blood panels.

Hard to find sugar freebut, got a multi pack for a great price

My adult children love these. Recently my son's throat was really bothering him. He works in the hospital and could not afford to get run down. He said these worked so well. He said they taste great. I have been buying these for years. To me, the regular cherry or minty Halls are too strong - these are a little sweet and sour but also do a good job of relieving a sore throat as much as such products can. Strongly recommend!
