For 14 cup makers
Review for: If You Care Unbleached Coffee Filters, #6First of all, finding paper cone filters for a 14 cup maker is really difficult! These were the only ones I found on Amazon! Anyway, they are super good filters. YOU HAVE TO FOLD THEM AT THE CREASES PEOPLE!! I cannot say that enough. People that complain are not folding them! Also, you can USE LESS coffee!! By folding at the creases, the coffee sits in the water filter longer. The longer it stays in the filter, the stronger the coffee that is made! Simple..badda bing, badda boom! I will keep ordering this product. A little expensive but you have to work with you have. My pics show how to fold and how truly large my pot is.

Finally a filter that stops grounds from leaking into the coffee
This filter works great even in a 12 cup coffee machine. The filter is high enough so coffee grounds don’t flow over the top into the coffee.

Great filters
Not much to say really. They are unbleached paper filters that hold the grounds. The real advantage to getting them this way is their size. I have looked in many stores in a few different towns and can't find #6 anywhere. I'd much rather pick them up locally, but at least I can get them here.

Unbleached goodness
They're unbleached and work well. I buy these all of the time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
I’ve been using these filters for the past couple of years with my pour over coffee set up with no problem. The current box I received has had 50% of the filters fail with breakthrough on the bottom of the filter resulting in not only loss of the filter, but the coffee grinds as well into the bottom of the coffee post. Clearly this has turned into somewhat of an expensive and frustrating problem. I contacted the company regarding the issue and right off the bat they said these filters are not to be used with pour over coffee systems. I informed them that not only have I been using the filters for several years with the same pour over system with no problem, but that the box also states the filters may not be suitable for use with SOME pour over systems. No where in the description does it say they’re not to be used at all with any pour over system. The company asked me to send them my receipt, pics of the box, etc., which I did, and informed me that they’d send me a coupon to order another box of filters. I asked how the coupon would work with ordering them online through Amazon, etc., and they told me I could order them directly through their website. I figured I’d wait until the coupon arrived to see how much it was for before I discussed shipping costs with them since their product is now clearly flimsy and defective. Lo and behold, I got the coupon. The way this company thinks proper customer service works to stand by their product for a customer who has lost 50% of their filters so far due to defect as well as the expensive fresh ground coffee in their defective filters that winds up at the bottom of the coffee pot, is to send a coupon for 75 cents. Read the other reviews. There are enough other people who have had this same issue with these filters. There are other brands out there to chose from that do not have this issue and will not waste your money and coffee.

Great Coffee Filter but LARGE
I got these for my drip coffee filter to reduce the sediment making it into my coffee pot. These work like a charm but they are big. I have a 10 cup coffee maker and I have to cut about an inch off the top of the filter so it'll fit in my machine. I'm adding them to my compost but can't confirm yet whether they're degrading. Overall happy with the filters performance but will definitely order a smaller size next time.

Coffee Filters
How much can one say about coffee filters, they are unbleached, which I prefer, but still they are coffee filters.

Size is perfect.
This is the perfect size. #4 filters are too small for my 8 cup my coffee maker .

Work well, but more fragile than traditional ones
Quality is consistent and good. No weird flavours or anything. The design has two symetrical sheets seamed together along the bottom. If you wet the filter before putting your coffee in, it will perfectly fit the form of a large pour-over funnel. (I use a Melitta CM-10, and the filter is maybe 2-3mm taller than the funnel, so exactly what you want.)HOWEVER, you have to be careful with that seam. If you open the flaps too quickly or spread it too widely before wetting it, you'll get some tiny sections of separation which are hard to find -- until you find the coffee grounds in your mug! This happened with 1 in 4 pots on my first dozen uses. Hasn't happened for my last 60+ pours now that I'm careful to get it wet before manhandling it.

Buena opción y material ecológico
El precio es adecuado y el material tiene la ventaja que es ecológico. La forma es universal, por lo que hay que hacer algunas maniobras para la cafetera que uso. Pero sin problema.

Seem to have a defective pack
I have been buying these for a few years and really like them. However, this most recent pack that I bought has had several defective filters that split at the seam and leak grounds into my coffee. Buyer beware, but as I said, this is the first time I have encountered the issue.
