Fits perfectly for my S3240 marine fuel filter. No leaks so far (2 months). I used 100% silicon grease on all surfaces, plastic threads and rubber o-ring.

Not a functional replacement for Racor s3420 as advertised. The s3420 will block most water; water flows right through this. The oring included with this is not compatible with gasoline, it swells and leaks and when after bowl is removed it cannot be reinstalled because oring won't fit in the groove anymore. Speaking of the bowl - it gets stuck on the filter, and spins but will not unthread, and thrn cannot be retightened - leaving your vehicle stranded until a new filter and bowl can be obtained!I wasted an afternoon dealing with all of the above, plus getting a refund from Amazon. I was able to buy a legitimate Racor/Parker filter for only $15 more dollars. Well worth the money!

very poor quality also when you try to screw the plastic cup it turns inside and it is impossible to screw or unscrew the transparent cup, it got stuck and I had to buy another complete filter
