A shoulder pulley system was recommended by my physical therapist to help me recover from rotator cuff surgery - it assists in passive arm raises, which is needed during the initial therapy sessions. This product was the right price, well made, and is very easy to use. The strap allows it to be secured to the top of a door very easily, and the pulley rolls smoothly. The handles work well, and the length of the cord can be easily adjusted to your personal needs.

This is convenient for post-op shoulder surgery. They use this in Physical Therapy and has helped significantly with at home use for Range of Motion exercises they assign. Smooth and easy set up and use.

Perfect-it stays put over the door without leaving a mark. It was easy to shorten the rope-once I had it the right length I used scissors to cut off the excess and a lighter to seal the edges of the rope. The pulley runs very smooth. Nicer than the one I use at the physical therapy center. Handles are very comfortable to hold.

This pulley unit was recommended by my PT and OT therapists for a rotator cup injury. It hooks over a door...and using it i have recovered range of motion and reduced pain to almost nothing. Its a simple device that can gave me use of my arm back...its was a really good investment.
