Should I put this in the fridge before use or would room temperature work?

I use mine at room temp but, I bet they would feel nice out of the fridge too.

The jar does not say to wash your face after but this ad says to wash your face? Which is it

I would wash your face prior to using but I do not think you necessarily need or even want to wash your face right after. The reason I say this is because the patches are supposed to have a blend of collagen, hyaluronic acids and a variety of natural plant extracts. If you were to wash your face afterwards I would assume you would be washing that all away. I would take the eye patches off and then just massage whatever residue is left over into your skin.
