Was very hopeful about this product but unfortunately it caused severe gastric distress (gas, bloating, pressure, pain). I don't have any stomach issues normally. Took 3 days just to get back to normal, not worth it! Had to return.

Love the fact that it has Nopal Cactus in it, I was actually juicing cactus and just messy to deal with. This product is organic, I am diabetic, it's helping with controlling my weight and blood sugar. I posteda pic on FB and everyone commented on how much weight I lost calling me, "skinny" definately attribute itto the appetite suppressant nature of this product! Plus I have tons more energy! Highly recommend!

These did nothing for me other than keep me from going to the bathroom and giving me major stomach pains-in the trash they went

I don't think they work I've checked my blood sugar after eating half of a baked sweet potato and at 170 is not good.

I believe these do block carbs. I eat carbs 1x a day and see a different in weight on the days I take them prior to that meal.

They totally work, haven't lost but 3 lbs so far. Really love that or had no side effects.
