Sound quality bad. Low bluetooth volume. Amazing customer care service.
It is possible the sound quality must have been different for others and I simply had a defective unit, the sound quality was not up to the mark for the price I paid. It sounded very harsh and sharp with no base so sounded bad to me. The bluetooth volume is very low. I tried using different headphones from standard wired headphones to high end ANC headphones and even IEMs, it still not get better. I had to return it. The customer care team was amazing and very supportive. The return was approved and with in a few days I got the refund back. The build is very nice and it feels retro.
