ボンネットタイプ481系雷鳥12両編成の為に2つ購入。 下記載の用に2M10Tで使用してます ←進行方向 ←T-M-T-T-M-T-T-T-T-T-T-T が、バンダイ製より静か、スピードも出て尚且つ低速走行も安定しています。 今までも旧国鉄車両や、台車の形状が似ている車両において使用してますが、耐久性も悪くなく、今まで壊れた等もありません。モーターが熱くなる？もさほど気になりません。 これからは台車レリーフを捨ててでも使用しようと思います。

bトレインショーティー用動力ユニットでは、バンダイ製より走行性能は良く、動作音も静かでレールのつなぎ目音も聞かれます。但し台車の整形品が交換出来ないのが問題です。

Bトレインショーティーは基本的に展示用の鉄道模型ですが、 どうしてもＮゲージ線路の上を走らせて見たい場合は、 バンダイの動力ユニットよりKATOの動力ユニットで対応するのがお得。

普通に使えます。

精密に作られているのですが、分解し易く組み立て易くなっています。 んー、小さいのに良くて出来ています。

もう少し重さがあれば牽引力も上がるのに10両編成ですとこの動力を２個使います。

Bトレイン純正のものは ちょくちょく脱線しましたが、この製品はとっても安定していました。

Just for use with B Train Shorty kits. Very good performance, goes round Kato's sharpest radius curves (approx 4.5") at realistic tram speeds. I've just got back in to modelling, and I|'m making a \pizza style 2 level tram micro layout. the \b train shorty trams/light rail models are just right. I'll be buying more of these in a while.

The motor in the locomotive overheated when train was left running. Kids added a large number of cars to the train and left it running at full power for a long time. Needed to do some trimming of the locomotive insides but got motor to fit. Runs great. I also got another unit to motorized the caboose.
