Makes the best homemade Mexican spiced dark chocolate coffee creamer. Has a rich flavor & very smooth. Blends well but it does take a while to blend into heavy cream. Low heat & patience. Once you get it blended & all the spices added & a little salt & vanilla you have the best coffee creamer you've ever had. A little goes a long way. Suuuper rich and chocolate-y and absolutely delish! I got the 100% unsweetened cocoa powder to use in baked goods, mixed in with greek yogurt and fruit as a yummy treat, or blended into smoothies. And it has worked fabulously for each of those purposes. Ghirardelli is my favorite cocoa powder brand! And at this price point?? Absolutely a steal!

We prefer this brand of Cocoa powder for its richness and flavor. It seems to be a better quality than off brands. It blends well in coffee, and the package seals well. I would definitely purchase this again!

I’ve used this cocoa in brownies, cakes, and hot chocolates, and it’s been consistently solid. The flavor leans dark and gives baked goods that extra richness. It mixes in fairly easily, though I still whisk it well to avoid any small lumps. For drinks, I like to heat it on the stove with a bit of fat to get that creamy velvetiness. The pouch is easy to store and doesn’t take up much space, but it can be a little awkward to scoop from once it gets low. Resealing it works fine, though I sometimes press it a couple of times to make sure it’s fully closed.

The best cocoa powder to add to your morning coffee to make a decadent mocha. We add coconut sugar as our sweetener. Truly a treat to enjoy sipping watching the sunrise!

Very good cocoa, but pretty expensive when compared to Dutch process cocoa at my local supermarket.

No bitter taste. I use it to make mochas at home. Dissolves well. Ran out and bought cheaper supermarket cocoa but there's no comparison. Pricey but worth it.

Absolutely delicious. Great texture and beautiful color. It elevates any pastry and works perfectly even as a simple accompaniment to coffee. The aroma is absolutely irresistible.

EXCELLENT QUALITY - yes this chocolate is the very best. Used it for icing and ganache for a Christmas dessert and it was delicious.

Package came in torn at the top, and cocoa powder leaked. Cannot be consumed. Thrown away. Waste of money
