The issue that I have with almost every pillow that offer spine support is that although they are true in their claims of providing support that keeps your spine straight they lack in comfortability. The other pillows are comfortable in the sense that you neck does stay straight and you do get somewhat of a feeling that your head is being cradled but they are just a tad bit too firm. This pillow changes all that!Upon removing it from its packaging the first thing I always check for (and always expect) is that factory smell. A smell like it just came off a production line and for something you’re going to be laying your head/face on that’s not at all pleasant. This product claims to have no chemical smell and it is 100% true. The first thing I did when taking it out was give a little sniff…nothing. Smushed my face into it…again, nothing. Then it hit me as I smushed my face into it how it has way more give than other pillows I have tried that are just slightly too firm. So I laid down on my back to give it a try (im not a back sleeper) and immediately more comfortable than the others that I had tried. I sunk in a bit while still being supported and keeping my neck straight. I worry that this squishiness would be an issue for my preferred side sleeping style but it wasn’t at all. It provided the same comfort and same support. A perfect balance! I did also like the fact that each side of the pillow has different heights and did prefer the lower side when sleeping on my back and the higher side when on my side. I’m also loving the fact that you can be comfortable at any spot on the pillow. The other pillows I have tried your head must be dead center on the pillow for it to be cradled and at every other spot in the pillow it feels like you’re on an incline. This pillow provides that comfort at any spot so you’re not fussing with moving it around to find the center. The cooling material used is always welcome for me but it’s nice that if you don’t need that cooling factor the pillow is a size where standard pillowcases will fit it. The form fitting pillowcase that it comes with does look easy to remove and wash but I have yet to need to. Overall I totally recommend. It also makes a great gift for a partner if they snore because my wife has mentioned how it even has improved her sleep since I’ve been using it because I don’t snore anymore. Big bonus points from her on that! Bigger bonus points from my dog who absolutely loves the pillow so I think I’m going to have to get him his own.

This pillow checks a lot of boxes for me. It's a good size, with a thoughtful design that takes in the challenges of people like me who have neck problems when they sleep. I think what impressed me most when I opened it, was just how good quality it is. I've tried a lot of pillows in my time and this one is up there for quality. It looks and feels good to the touch. The cooling cover is zippered on the back, which is another nice touch. I like the fact that I don't need to buy special pillow cases for it too. My standard pillow case fits just fine.I haven't had the pillow long enough to give a qualified comment on sleep quality. Especially since sleep and I are not best friends. Let's just say that the fact that I actually slept for 7 hours the first night I used it says a lot. (Most nights I'm between 5 and 6, so this was a major improvement). I am finding it a little on the firm side, although I'm thinking it will probably soften up as I wear it in. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase. It really is a very nice pillow at a fair price. What more can you ask for?

I absolutely love this cervical pillow! I am planning to travel and bring it with me!! it gives real support to the neck and cervical area and you can actually feel the difference in alignment and relief.What really SURPRISED ME is that it even helped with my snoring, something I never expected from a pillow! Since I started using it, I’ve been sleeping more quietly and waking up feeling better rested, but you need to find which side is better for you ( there is one higher than the other one), and it took me 2 nights to adapt to it, so dont expect to be so comfy the first night.Watching my husband ( he bought ir for me, but I am the one doing the review) still sleep with a regular pillow makes me realize how everyone could benefit from using a pillow like this, even if they don’t have neck problems. Once you try it, you won’t want to go back!Highly recommend!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have tried 20+ pillows to find comfort and support for my neck over the years! This pillow was different looking and I thought I'd give it a try. I wanted something that was also COOL, as I get hot while sleeping. I slept on it last night and I slept better than I have in years! It is so comfortable and soft but also firm. I tried it different ways because both sides have a different height. I like the smaller height the best. I would like to see if I can purchase another pillow case for it. It has a smooth, silky feel, and it is bright white. It is the most comfortable thing I have ever touched! This is just after one night, and I slept longer than I usually do! If anything changes, I'll be back to let you know. As of now I am 1,000% satisfied!!!

This nice-sized pillow delivers a no-odor memory foam that is very soft, very cool and so comfortable! I looked at a lot of pillows before deciding on this one. I like that it has a high and low side that offers different levels of neck support and feel depending on how you are laying and preference. I've only slept on my back and side and it was so much more comfortable than even my down-filled pillows which haven't really been cutting it anymore. No headache or neck ache, which I've struggled with for years! I'm going to brave it and try sleeping on my stomach - haven't been able to do that for years!

My neck has been hurting recently, so I have been looking for a nice pillow. Finally I found this pillow. The package came in nicely and it is not too heavy. Once I opened the pillow, the surface is nice and cool. After one night sleeping on it, I felt a nice relief on my neck the next morning. I found it was helpful! And I also purchased one for my father. Hope he enjoys it too
