Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, 128GB, Gold for GSM (Renewed)

I bought two phones, one came 100 percent battery health the other 82. I ordered both excellent condition and 128 they have no scratches but still i feel as if the health was a bit to low. But other than that it was fine.

It is a very good phone. It met most of expectations. It had only two problems. First of all, it had micro scratches on the screen and the bezels which I feel should not be on an excellent condition smartphone. And lastly, it had a battery health of 85% which I was not expecting. Anyways, "I’m really pleased with my new iPhone; it's proven to be great value for money considering all the features and flaws it offers.". Overall this is a very great product and I will recommend it to friends and family.

Phone was delivered and looked nice- Had nothing but trouble with this phone the screen response was bad. Phone didn’t alway shut off so the battery would die by mid day. Dropped the phone with case on it and the back shattered and caused the phone to lose some function. Had it repaired and was told that the back was replaced once before I owned it and it was improperly repaired. Screen also was replaced at one time. Paid over $400 for it, very disappointing. Don’t buy any thing from this seller or any refurbished iPhones.Now it’s just a paper weight.

Everything was to my expectations with buying a refurbished iPhone on Amazon, until I felt and saw a protruding pentalobe screw at the bottom of the phone that was completely stripped and rounded. I used every applicable bit in my iFixIt kit but it’s literally a round indent with nothing for a bit to grab onto. I even tried using rubber bands and pieces of duct tape with different bits and nothing made the screw turn. I’m assuming someone couldn’t figure out how to replace and/or it would be too labor intensive. Nonetheless it was still deemed by Amazon to be an Amazon Renewed *Premium* phone. The battery maximum capacity came at 95% which is great. However in the future, if I were to want to replace the battery, the stripped pentalobe screw must come out in order to do so. This is pretty important for buyers to be aware of, as you might receive a phone with an issue like this. The screen has a few very faint scratches that aren’t visible unless you’re really close and the frame has noticeable scratches in the finish at the bottom around the pentalobe screws (seems like someone had trouble with the screws at some point). The back and the cameras have no visible scratches. The speakers are loud and clear. The phone was unlocked and factory reset upon boot. All these things considered including how much I paid which was $779.97, I’m keeping it because in every other way it’s perfect for a refurbished phone, and I don’t want to gamble on getting a phone with a different overlooked issue. I might be able to replace the screw in the future, it’ll just take a lot of time and effort. This sort of thing may not be what you want to take a chance on, even though you can (pay to?) return it and take a chance on another phone. Maybe the seller just shuffles these phones around seeing which one sticks to a buyer. Who knows.

I would rate the phone 4/5 stars it’s a great phone but be aware with iPhone pro’s and pro max’s because it will include the iOS 26 update ! I’ve been noticing since I got this phone with the ios 26 my phone kind of lags out . So anyone who has an iphone before the iphone 16 , pro , pro Max don’t update to ios 26 because your phone might lag out . If anybody knows how to downgrade back to iOS 18 it’ll help alot

Payed extra for the Gold and received the space black. Battery health 80%. Scratches around the border of the phone but the screen is good and the phone works well so far.

The display had already been replaced, and the screen cracked immediately after a very minor impact — even though I was using a screen protector. This is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience with a phone purchased from Amazon.

The device's appearance and functionality are satisfactory; however, the battery capacity is at 85%, contradicting the 100% stated in the product description.

Got this as a gift and it said it was premium quality when I received it to do a once-over it was filthy dirty it was not cleaned at all. I spent over 3 hours getting it as clean as I could as this was a gift. Was not impressed at all..... earpiece bottom speakers and all around the camera lenses....

Excelente producto, a un poco más de un mes de haberlo comprado, ha resultado un teléfono muy bueno, llegó con 93% de batería y le dura muchísimo, en cuanto a rendimiento es muy bueno y prácticamente llegó como nuevo.

iPhone not working properly I had to return item for a refund, not sure if I would buy another iPhone that has been refurbished.
