Does the job

As you can imagine, this product is installed months before it is actually used. Today, my alarm contractor was installing my home automation system and the alarm panel and couldn't get any of the doors to register. As it turns out, when he used these hard wired directly into the panel with a 2.2k resister attached, they would not register. He dropped one out of the top of the door and replaced it with another type of contact used for windows and it registered right away. I'm hoping I can replace these with ones that work. Very disappointed!

Everithing is working well

I purchase these contacts to replace my old ones from 20 years ago. One went bad so why not. They fit in the old holes and work well. Nice look also.
