Definitely cool for a Halloween costume or cosplay.
Overall very nice bang for your buck. It's made of light plastic, fits fairly large, has a working hinge, and a nice display. The display looks like one of those "hologram"-esque type stickers where if you move it changes, which actually looks pretty cool. The space where you would put your holotapes doesn't open, but I didn't expect it to. Also none of the buttons work, but again, it's a prop. I would repurchase. Definitely cool for a Halloween costume or cosplay.

not made for small wrists
overall this is a great product. only issues i had were the size and the ‘screens’ sticker. i have very small wrists so foam padding had to be added so it wasn't spinning around/ falling off. (process is easy just buy some foam and superglue or hot glue it on) you might also need to superglue the screen on as it is a sticker, mine came with the sticker already off the pipboy and the adhesive was not sticky at all so i had to once again add more glue! so definitely add gorilla glue to ur cart when purchasing this item i also suggest painting to make it look distressed if you're planning on using for a cosplay

A Pip Boy for every wrist!
Been waiting for a Pip Boy ever since I had my birthday present stolen by a Tunnel Snake jerk years ago in the Vault. Well I wander the wastes for years now and yesterday was the best day! I figure the former owner doesn't need a working Pip Boy since he's dead and all. Musta been a Death Claw done for him since his armor has all these deep Claw marks and his head seams missin. Not his lucky day but it IS mine! Pip boy does what it should and does it well. Now I can listen to tunes and never get lost out here. The Pip Boy unit is of good size. Very close to the item it represents in game. Made of sturdy plastic in a few pieces, screwed togeather. The view screen is a Lenticular sticker, screen readout shifts between 3 screens when you tilt your arm (fun effect) One button turns all others are stationary. Most readout screens and identifiers are stickers (radio, rads etc.). The clasp is good and sturdy, one piece. All hinges are metal and sturdy. There are screws to hold the piece together. When opened you can unscrew 4 screws and remove inner plate exposing a hollow cavity within. It is a little to small for me to carve out the screen and fit my iPhone 6 into but it would allow you to add led lights for effects and switches and batteries as you wish. This piece is great for the money. Great for a physical representation for a Fallout LARP. I intend to further convert this to a somewhat functional prop adding lights and such. Maybe make it look damaged if I can't get it to hold a touch phone. Since it was $25 it was a steal and will more than satisfy my costume needs whatever I do with it. I'm super happy with it!

Cheaply Made But It's Still a Pip-Boy
It's a cheap Pip-Boy but $30 and you can own your own Pip-Boy! I wanted the one that holds your phone but it's too expensive so I got this to go with my vault suit and you need some padding to keep it from falling off your arm. It came in really early the next day and so far I think it's cool. Pros: It's a Pip-Boy for a cheap Price so you can't really complain. Fast shipping Comes in a cool box perfect for a shelf to collect Cons: It's cheap so expect something that's light and might break easily It's too big to fit your arm so you need padding to keep it from falling off You can't move anything it's a prop so nothing moves on it The latch is a bit hard to open so it might break Over all I think it's worth the price and it's cool enough to have. If it breaks you can patch it up with tape and make it look like it's seen some wear and tear from the wasteland. 7/10

Worth it
This pip boy is definitely identical to the game, so I’m happy with the appearance. The area where your arm goes doesn’t have any sort of padding and is just exposed plastic, so you could fit foam yourself, or just really pad up your arm before putting it on. I’m not 100% accepting of the “latch” that closes the pip boy, just seems like a bad design, but otherwise it does do as it was intended. Would definitely recommend buying this!

Very well made for the price
This pipboy is the best thing that can happen for people who like customizing their cosplay items. Pros it cheap compared to the real pipboy, it almost an exact replica, and it has a lot of hollow space inside to fit a raspberry pi for a real computer pipboy. Also very customizable. Cons buttons don't move which I don't really care because I made them move, clasp doesn't hold well but can be fix with velcro, and lot of stickers for words. All in all it a really great and sturdy pipboy for a lot of custom pipboy models so I highly recommend it. I also was able to fit a bluetooth speaker and drill out and file down some holes to hear some great Wasteland music while patrolling the waste

It just "works"
It works as a piece for anyone looking to do some Fallout cosplay. The durability is "meh". Don't drop it unless you want the latch to break right off. The latch wasn't very secure to begin with, luckily my arm in large enough for it to not matter, but people with skinnier wrists may have different results. The shiny print for the screen is actually very nice. So much so that someone thought I was wearing the electronic one.

If your looking for a cheap pitboy just for cosplay or looks, this is a great one, only issue is it's a bit big for my wrist size (I have a costume for it that fits more well) and the clip to hold it on my wrist feels a little weak and might need some DIY to stay on for long uses, otherwise great for a cheap pitboy
