Faulty unit sent
Ok here is an update after the replacement unit arrived. Much quieter this time. Now I think this is a brilliant product, it's DC to DC so it's good on battery life for what it is. It uses the most modern heat pump tech and for its size it pumps above it's weight. Don't always expect it to freeze you, it's designed as a portable unit, but it can keep you cool In heatwave evenings. It's also a heater which I'm yet to use and also has a dehumidifier feature too. So is it good, yes very good for its size. Is it going to be like a full blown indoor Aircon unit, no but it makes the environment pleasent

Casing not fitted correctly
The machine works good but the top panel is not fitted correctly and I can’t be bothered to send it back so a few stars taken off on this review or it would of got 5

Not what I expected.
Not what I expected. With such a high price when you need to have the battery so it can actually be more portable otherwise you’re stuck with a short 3 pin plug cord. It’s also heavy but this was probably expected as most are. It’s not quiet if you can have the unit outside then do it. We retuned ours after having issues with the blower/fan hitting parts of the casing at higher speeds and that we used it to cool one small bedroom and it struggled to get down to temp. We could have had a dud unit but when you’re paying the prices they’re asking for then this is not the experience we wanted.

Je n'ai pas pu faire le test complet de l'appareil il manque la batterie qui est prévu avec . Le test sans la batterie est concluant mais il faut l'installer de la bonne manière. Je n'ai aucune nouvelle du prestataire qui doit livrer la batterie .
