1. Rinse wheels: Rinse the wheels and tires thoroughly with water, removing loose dirt and debris. 2. Spray the cleaner on the wheel and tire surface to cover all areas including barrels, lug nuts, and tire sidewalls. 3.Holding time: leave product for 1-2 minutes to penetrate and loosen brake dust, dirt and grime. Do no spray directly on wheels that are hot. I usually rinse my wheels first to knock down as much of the dirt and break dust as I can. Next I spray a liberal amount of break buster, you can use it straight or cut it with water 60/40 to make it last longer. Let sit for a minute, agitate it with a wheel brush and then rinse.
