Appears good quality and arrived swiftly

I struggled for an hour trying to fit a shorter valve tube on my bike soo bought the longer valve and did the job perfectly in 10 mins would but again saves ac lot of wasted effort

If i was sceptical I would say that in an effort to sort out their ratings they have chased me, replaced the items and apologised explaining that it is very rare. But is that not what good service is about, it is not that things go wrong, that is life, it isn’t perfect, it is how you react to a customer when it does. There was no chasing by me, no demands it was them contacting me to apologise and replace. The re-placements are fine.

Unexplained small splits without tyre damage, tried to repair with several different repair kits but adhesive will not secure patches securely on this material, good thickness and air retention but a bit hit and miss if you get good tubes or not.

Good tyres for my mountain bike. Much cheaper than anywhere else and for the price can’t go wrong. Wanted something more between road and mtb ie hybrid. These fit the bill. Don’t know how they do it so cheap.Ride is much smoother and better than mtb tyres. Good purchase

No complaints here. Had one tube that would not hold air but the company quickly sent me a replacement no cost and have been on the road without worry since.
