Originally bought this for gut health but I saw nutritionist talking about how it is good for the brain and elevating the mood and they were certainly right on that.

I would say it's not as clear as an ADHD prescription, but it did seem to help improve focus enough for daily tasks.

I've been battling Lyme Tick Disease for 12 months and 12 days, at this writing. I take over 120 different mineral and vitamin and plant-based supplements, to maintain my health this long, with this debilitating disease. Canada has virtually NO plan, doctors, clinics, proper tests, treatments nor follow up for Lyme patients. We're on our own, treating ourselves, with VERY little helpful information, except that which we glean from other longer-lived Lyme sufferers. It is only recently that someone else suffering the same strain of Lyme Disease with the same symptoms put me onto saffron. I'd avoided buying some because I thought it was too expensive and ineffective. I was wrong. After searching all day, one day a few months ago, I found this product, well within my budget, with many good ratings and recommendations, so I thought I'd try it. It lives up to its good recommendations, I must say. I take one capsule every morning with my 10oz lemon water, about 25 mins before I have my breakfast, to start my day. Even if I am facing a busy or stressful day, the saffron relieves any anxiety I might have at that time. My overall mood improves. I did notice that it tempered my appetite somewhat, "killed my cravings" for food that is not so good for me, and I've lost a few pounds as a consequence. Battling the many, varied and often debilitating symptoms of Lyme Disease, as long as I have, can be very exhausting, but I SIMPLY FEEL BETTER, OVERALL, when I take my daily saffron supplement, and it is now one of my "feel-good staples". I liken the effect to taking a dropperful of CBD oil. The "feel good" effect lasts throughout the day, besides. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. QUALITY PRODUCT, AFFORDABLE.

Only used it for tree days but can definitely feel more switched on and happier. Looking forward to seeing what happens next.

It took some time to notice the effects. I one pill in the morning with food and I only need snacks throughout the day. I often have to remind myself to eat. By 4pm the effects seem to wear off and my hunger is back with a vengeance and I eat everything in sight. I take a second pill with a mid afternoon snack. This works better to control overeating during and after supper. I can now eat the last food of the day at 7pm without obsessing about food, going to the fridge frequently, craving sugar and carbs or making excuses to eat. The reduction in appetite is very gradual. It's best to keep track of your progress to learn when to take the pill and how long it lasts in your body.

Better value for money

Great price point on this product. Works really well for estrogen replacement when you can not take HRT medication. Easy to swallow capsule. Will buy it again for sure
