My son absolutely loves this bed. It's very easy to assemble n very durable. Great price. Love the lights that go under. We did zip tie the lights to the frame so we never had to worry about the lights falling off. Not saying they would we just rather be prepared then have to ever fix them.

I had an antique wooden bed frame that I would bust my shins on every day that had to go, today's regular cheap metal platform frame similar to this have 8 legs and aren't tucked under so you will bust your toes on them, that had to go as well. This is why we decided to try this floating bed frame, the LED lights were just Lagniappe. Yes the instructions are very poor, zero words to describe anything so you have to go by poor images alone but eventually I'm sure you can figure it out as my partner did. What I'd like to mention about the lights is how many people are complaining of them falling off. We do not have a problem with this as my partner understood how to install these lights, it comes with many tie wraps and once you slowly peel the back off of the LED lights, little as you go, you then put the tire wraps every foot or so to hold it in place. The lights by themselves will not and are not made to just stick to the bottom of the bed so if anyone thought that they gave you tie wraps for nothing and you could just peel off the sticky part of the LED protecting the copper so that it could just stick by itself to the bed then you are mistaken. I hope that this is helpful to anyone who had a problem with the lights. Now that ours is up, the bed is great, not busting shins or toes on anything, the lights are a bonus although it's kind of cheeky and the app is weird and I don't fully understand how to work all of the settings on the app but that doesn't really matter to me because we didn't buy the bed for that in the first place. I only gave it four stars because of the terrible instructions that they couldn't even take the time to write it in different languages or write anything at all. It doesn't come very high off of the floor so don't expect to store large items underneath the bed but if you have a rather thick mattress like we do and you're not 7 ft tall then it should suffice as a good bed to easily get in and out of . Other than that I would say that it would be five stars with actual written instructions in different languages and not just mediocre images; it probably would have taken an hour and a half less to put it all together.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Love the idea of this bed frame. It truly does give the appearance that it's floating. Lighting has multiple options and adds to the coolness factor. Negatives however are quite important. Difficult to put together and ended up with pieces that simply couldn't be made to fit. Sits VERY VERY low to the ground and when i added the matress, previously over the moon with when laid atop my box springs waiting for this bed to arrive, was now uncomfortable and the structure support and overall make caused the matress to take on a high center lie edge angle making you feel as though you could roll off the lower angled sides instead if the only level secure feeling spot being directly in the center of the mattress. Perhaps I didn't do a good job with the assembly, however. It feels cheap, un sturdy and uneven. Lighting strip was a pain the rear to pit on and must be zip tied or similar to keep it attached due to adhesive losing its stickiness quite quickly. Overall made an otherwise comfortable and sturdy 23" matress feel cheap and insecure. Wouldn't really recommend unless i found the cause of the issues were my fault. I would have been happier with particle board Japanese platform style bed and could probably find one close to the price of this frame. Like I said in the beginning. Looks very good though.

So far it's holding up. I have king size box springs and a mattress on it, plus I weigh about 220lbs. It seems sturdy enough so far. It was fairly easy to put together. Took about an hour with help. The directions that came with it could be confusing but if ur patient u can figure it out. I added a fitted sheet to the box springs to give a frame illusion. The lights are okay but the blue on one side doesn't work and the adhesives that come with it aren't top notch quality but I expected that to be the case. The remote works okay except the colors aren't coordinated. I hit the purple and it turns red instead lol! Not a big deal for me though. The app is okay except some of the options aren't selectable. I also can't get it to work with my pandora and I'd rather it change per song without out having download songs and adding them to the app. Which I haven't figured out how to do either lol! Overall, I am pleased with the look and the sturdiness of the bed and would recommend. Update 10/15/2025: Its still holding up great! Haven't had to tighten any screws or replace any part of it. I have since recommended this bed frame to a few of my relatives and they love theirs as well! Changing my review to 5 stars!!
