This is a fantastic supplement to support me after almost ten years of not having a gallbladder. I’ve been looking for an ox bile, betaine hci, pepsin and bromelain supplement. This has all of those things plus SOOOO many more I didn’t know I needed. I go back and forth between this supplement and another digestive enzyme supplement that doesn’t have ox bile and it’s been managing pain in such a fantastic way. NaturesPlus is AN AMAZING company and you don’t really get much better than them.

I don’t take them constantly, but when I do use them they seem to help with digestion.

These digestive enzymes really help me with digestion issues. They help cut down on gas and bloating. I don't need antacids when I use them. I feel like they really contribute to my gut health. Highly recommend.

This is one of the BEST products I have tried for digestive issues. Never knew that OX BILE was such a great ingredient for gut health. Important: Take it WHILE you are eating. The ingredients will start working WITH the digestive process. This is KEY. With a light meal like a sandwich, half of the pill works fine.

So I am writing this review because I have been taking this product for about a year now, and it has changed my life when it comes to my stomach and my digestion issues I suffer from IBS, sibo and I don't have a gallbladder anymore and this has at least a small amount of ox bile in it also which helps with that. That being said in the year that I've taken this product I've always bought it from an herbal store in town. This time I went onto Amazon to buy in a larger batch. I've had this bottle for about 2 weeks it's halfway Gone because I have to use a lot but my concern is this; I woke up this morning to take it and I opened the bottle and it has a putrid vomit smell to it. I've never experienced this before in all my bottles that I have bought in from the other store. So again I'm confused maybe it's bad batch? just want to let other people know purchasing this that this happened and be aware of it. Again absolutely great product when I have bought it from a local health food store. And the bottle that I bought from Amazon 24-hour deals seems to work, so far but I don't know what's up with this smell. Far as the product it self with my experience in the past I give it 5 stars, but this bottle makes me wonder? So I am giving it 4 stars BTW the expiration date is current it's not supposed to expire until 2020

I love this enzyme. It’s definitely worth the money. It has helped me a lot since I had surgery for my gallbladder.

Helps with digestion...especially for us older folks.

Fantastic! It gives me a great relief from m bloating and cramps. My mum has regularly after her gall bladder surgery and really swears by it. I used it over the holidays and made a massive difference. My husband is using it too now has he is trying to optimise his waist and gut.

We have this on a monthly subscription, excellent product, bike acids and stomach acid, just what's needed

Too big to swallow. Made me gag.

Life was pretty tough before using these. Scared of when I may next need to run to the toilet. These have allowed me to live a normal life !! Thank you
