I drink these periodically to help with leg cramps. The potassium and magnesium aid in hydrating and supplementing these vitamins and minerals. Mixed Berry is my favorite flavor of the line, followed by Strawberry Kiwi. They are low in carbs, which I appreciate. The 20 ounce is a good size and value and is easy to consume for one beverage.

These are so good! They are my favorite flavor and hard to find in the store. I would recommend these to anyone who likes cucumber lime. Very refreshing. I drink these even when I do not need to!

Personally I don’t like the strong salt taste but my husband likes it and says it’s effective on hot days

REALLY missed this when the grocery chains in the surrounding area stopped carrying this flavor. Maybe it's my gut, but this one seems to sit better than other Gatorades, maybe it's not quite as acidic, I don't know. Glad am able to keep some stored going into cold and flu season.
