What a nice absinthe
Absinthe has an undeserved reputation as a dangerous drink, unsuitable for use by any sensible person.This is totally untrue, prepared properly absinthe is a real Gentleman’s spirit and it makes an excellent choice for the last drink of the night. Try it out but read up on the preparation first to really enjoy it.

Lovely but the box was torn
The box was torn though and they never got back to me .

Delicate and novel design
I bought this merely for this box as I’m a fan of Van Gogh, so can’t comment on the actual drink itself but the box is very pretty and I was surprised to see the spoon has Vincent’s face on it as well! Very cute and novel.

Historical French beverage. Great on its own or in cocktails. This one has the sugar spoon included with the box. You can buy it without the sugar spoon if you prefer.
