I had a few issues with my Medline oxygen concentrator at first, but the customer care team really impressed me. They were super helpful, friendly, and guided me through everything step by step. You could tell they genuinely cared about solving the problem. The concentrator itself works really well — no complaints there — but I have to admit, it’s pretty heavy! You almost need the strength of a bodybuilder to move it around 😅. What I appreciated most was the online support. Since I live in the Northeast, they couldn’t send a technician, but their digital assistance was fantastic. They helped me sort things out effortlessly, even from a distance. If their online service is this good, I can only imagine how great the offline support must be. Overall, a really good experience — both with the product and the amazing service behind it.
