Accurate and packs a punch
Bought this for my dad last Christmas. He couldn’t wait to go shoot it. It likes diabolo brand pellets and packs a punch, yet drives tacks. The only gripe was the scope, but I didn’t deduct a star for that. Even on deer rifles, if you get a combo rifle/scope, the scope usually isn’t that great of quality.

It’s a good airgun
I bought it for fun and it has been fun. It’s fairly powerful, tears through 15+ empty soda cans lined up. Makes a nice ping on steel targets and accurate with iron sights up to a good distance. I can hit a 1.5 foot target at 40 yards with my 20/150 eye, so it stays level. Packs a punch and really fun.

Not accurate: 4" groups at 24 yards after 200 rounds
I was hoping for a tack driver. I'm so disappointed. I wanted to be able to hit a quarter 8 out of 10 tries at 25 yards. I'm getting 5-shot 4 inch groups at 24 yards after 200 rounds though it. (I've been punching holes in paper for the better part of 45 years, so I'm no dweeb boy). I'm using a Vortex 1 x 4 crossfire scope. A reasonably decent scope, not crape (that's french.) and I'm still very disappointed with the performance of this Hatsan 125 I'm gonna try a 2 x 7 Vortex Diamondback scope on it to see if there is any hope for this pellet rifle. I'm not hopeful Can't return this POS or I would. Should have gone with the Benjamin or Gamo

This one is fun to shoot
After going through three or four different air rifles this one has been a joy to shoot. It is extremely accurate, repeatedly so. I shoot quarter-inch dots from 55 feet away and I at least calm Within an eighth of an inch every time. Great power, superb accuracy, but a little on the heavy side.

Break barrel on steroids.
It is powerful as much as INACURATE OFF HANDS. Heavy, poor balance, double directional recoil eat up any optics. On pic: left group w H125 right group w NP2. Both went through the tin at 15 yards. Tested: Crossman HP .22 at 915 fps JSB MONSTER HEAVY 730 fps Eun Jin heavy .22 at 630 fps Def capable of taking deer with headshot if hit the right place. I would not try, every other 4-5 shot flyes random w any pellet. I am getting Webley Rebel for fun in .22 and saving for pcp.

You need arms of steel to load this gun
Too hard to load and very heavy. No place to mount sling to carry in the field. Acurate especially with 18.3 grain pellets from diablo.

Power and Accuracy
It's pretty easy to get inch groups at 20-30 yards with crosman hollow points. It also seems to shoot better if you held it tightly. Power wouldn't be a problem, I tried 4 different hollow points and they all had good expansion in clay. (Picture was a 6 shot group at 20 yards with crosman hollow points)

Powerful!
This thing is big and heavy for an air gun, and it kicks like a mule (which is actually kinda cool 😎 and hits like a fargan freight train! Accuracy really improved after about 300 hundred rounds, now I like it even more. Actually smoked a woodchuck at 97 yards. (I'm having a hard time believing that one myself) Supplied scope and scope mounts suck, big-time; switched to a red dot (waaaay better) Maybe I'l try a UTG Bug Buster Scope and a see-through riser next year, cuz, as it turns out, the iron sights are actually pretty decent as well.
