Love Govee products! Works great! Have it on Christmas mode in our living/family room. Great ambience with the lit up tree whilst watching movies in the dark.

Easy to install and pair with your phone, could use more features and effects but when added to holiday lights it add just a great amount of visual appeal. Worked great out of the box and never a single issue. Will use it again for the next holiday season.

I saw some reviews that people thought this was smaller than they expected. It's like the size of a raisin bread loaf. I expected it to be smaller based on what people said. It's bigger than just a laser projector for sure. But that's not a problem. The light isn't really bright enough with other Christmas lights in your house. Don't expect to put this thing 50 ft away from your house. You won't see anything as far as the light goes. You will see the lasers if you have it. 25...30ft from your house but might not be what you expect. I ended up moving it about 15 ft away It got what I expected out of the lasers. I think it could be much brighter, but it does project some cool patterns. We prefer the laser dots moving all around the house and it works well for that. So buy this for the laser show. The app works really well just as it does for the other govee lights. It's all app control, so no remote. It's fun to use and for the kids to play around with. It does have pretty good coverage over a wide area even with it as close as I have it to the house. The stake to put in the ground is plastic. So it's durability is in question. If you try to put it in the ground when it's hard in the winter. I suggest waiting for a warmer day to push it into the ground.
