I have ankle issues this helps
My left ankle is weak AF and I like running. I wrap this on before running and stretch real well after, and it helps.

Real wound care material
I bought ace from other companies online They were substandard They were defective They were tiny even bandage it properly So it was nice to get some real ace bandages in the world, and have been for as long as I can remember

Added support.
I like the support it gave me but the adhesive didn't hold well enough for my knee.

Not a good product
This Ace bandage is awful. I needed one for my foot and the description says it’s good for foot/ ankle use. First of all, the fabric is very rough and uncomfortable. Second- it doesn’t stick well so it starts to unravel. I read the instructions multiple times and I was doing it correctly, but ended up trying to put tape on the end to keep it from unraveling. The tape didn’t stick to the fabric. A total waste of money.

Bandage is OK for short term use
This review is for the ACE 4 Inch wide Self-Adhering Elastic Bandage.I have used traditional Ace fabric bandages with stretchy lycra for years to stabilize my bad knee. I do a lot of trail walking and need support to minimize pain. The old style Ace have lasted for hundreds of wearings before needing replacement. The new style Ace is much different from what I had before. The fabric is thicker and coated with a sticky rubber-like substance. It's a heavy-duty version of the stretchy tape that a medical technician uses on your arm after taking a blood sample. When new, the bandage worked great. It could be stretched a tightly as I wanted and the rubberized fabric stuck securely to itself without need for metal clips or velcro. However, after three wearings, the stickiness became less effective and I had to begin tucking the loose end under the folds to keep it from unwinding as I walk. The appearance is pretty bad after several uses because the sticky fabric traps dark lint from inside my pants leg. The package warns that the bandage should not be washed with soap.I'm still using this bandage on my knee but I would prefer the earlier non-rubberized version of the Ace with a velcro strip on the end.For short term usage, this new version of the Ace should perform well. For a chronic problem, it should perform well but will need to be replaced more often.

Good product
Nice width and coverage. Used it for my son's leg for compression after surgery.

Intense
Works well as a compression bandage for a sprain, ETC. I bought it to cover a wound, it’s a bit intense for that. But perfect for a sprain,ETC.
