My new favorite electrolyte drink! It dissolves easily by shaking it in my tumbler with cold water. The strawberry watermelon flavor is great, and I can't wait to try the other flavors. This is great for winding down and helping with sleep. I actually received six boxes of six servings. It has zero sugar and is very portable. It dissolves easily and is super effective at relaxation. It doesn't really smell much and helps me get to sleep after a busy day. It's worth every penny.
