Best cooler for your device!
I got my new laptop (HP Spectre x360 15.4") for college and it works great for my everyday tasks and productivity, however it runs hot for when I am gaming and they're not AAA games either just smaller games such as Plague Inc Evolved, Age of Civilizations II, EU4, RimWorld, etc. Keep in mind the specific model I got has 16 GB of RAM and an i7 Intel processor as well as the MX150 NVIDIA graphics card, I was a tad bit surprised to see the laptop running pretty hot and I knew that it wasn't good for the laptop. Now, I was trying to think of something to address airflow because I figured that would greatly help with temperature and thus performance as well. So I was browsing Google trying to look for a solution and my search eventually led me here on Amazon looking for laptop coolers. Like many others I looked and compared between products, reading the descriptions and the reviews, the good and the bad, eventually I was left with this KLIM cooler and 2 others, I decided to choose this one based on the overall reviews and benefits.First off, I love this product, period, it solved all of my problems with my laptop running hot and the product does as advertised, second it has a lot of features like purchasing certain fan colors (loving the green), having 2 USB ports so you don't lose a port using this product, the latches you can use to raise your laptop to a higher angle and for better airflow as well as 2 more on the top front to prevent the laptop from sliding off, and smaller things such as sturdiness, quality, etc. The only minor thing that I could think of is the noise, I personally don't mind, running the fans on the lowest level doesn't produce much noise, at the highest level it is not too much either but it still is there, keep in mind it won't be silent, but I'd imagine running this cooler at the highest level is better than having the device running like a vacuum.TL;DR - This is an amazing product, it is effective, feature-rich, has cool light-up fans, and overall creates a net loss in noise when used fully, rather than the laptop alone. I would definitely recommend, especially if the fans line up with your device air intake, like it does with my laptop, if you are doing extensive work, gaming, or you simply want your device to be cooler and last longer.

Good cooling pad for the price, but performance may depend on your laptop and use case
Used with an Alienware M15 R5Pros:+ Better than stock cooling on a desk+ Second USB for connecting other devices+ Adjustable fan controls+ Reasonable noise levels+ Price/performance ratioCons:- Materials- Probably not that useful if using on your lapI've had this cooling pad for about two months with my Alienware M15 R5. I was able to compare temperatures between stock (lying directly against the desk) and with this cooler in its angled/upright configuration, as well as against a more expensive cooler with customizable fan placement. Using the RDR2 benchmark I recorded similar average FPS across all three setups, but both coolers were able to improve by 10+ max FPS at 1440p. Temps were about 5C cooler for the GPU (CPU was pegged at my thermal limit regardless) than at stock. This may have as much to do with providing more physical space for the intake to draw air as it does fans blowing on my primary intakes, make it more efficient for the laptop's fans to operate. Note my primary intakes - where the laptop's fans are being directed - are located just about directly above the top fans on the cooler. I would expect much less improvement on laptops where your laptop's primary intakes are towards the back or sides.Design is a bit of a mixed bag. The second USB port works as intended - I tested with my wireless headphone dongle - but it may not work for devices that draw more USB more power. There are also two fan control knobs for controlling the top and bottom fan speeds separately, which can be nice if you don't care too much for the bottom fans, since they probably have no performance benefit. I also probably wouldn't get this pad if you don't have an external keyboard/mouse, as the ergonomics may make it uncomfortable to type on the laptop. The RGB lights on the fans are mostly useless, outside of giving you an indicator that they're working. As others mentioned, it's also fairly to pop out the plastic laptop clips that hold it up if you put too much pressure on them, though I found that they can easily be inserted back, as long as they don't break. Materials are about what you expect at this price point, and they may or may not hold up over time, though I do appreciate the metal grill on top. I also wouldn't use this pad if you plan to use it on your lap, as I found it uncomfortable to rest on my lap, at least without putting it on a rigid tray or board.Overall, it's a good cooling pad for the price, provided you have a specific set of intended uses in mind, but it may not be for everyone.

Excellent performance at a great price!
I was skeptical at first with the super lightweight plastic frame. However it is sturdy enough to hold an old beastly lapper. The fans really push the air to the laptop. My old Acer Aspire V15 Nitro Black Edition runs on the warm side. After turning on the fans for a few minutes I could feel the keyboard cool significantly. I placed my hand between the pad/laptop and under the pad itself. You can really feel the push and pull of air compared to my Havit cooling pad. My only knock, and it's petty, is the fans are turned on and controlled by two thumb wheels. I would prefer a switch that turned them all on/off like my Havit. Not a big deal as the fans turn off as my laptop goes to sleep. The lights are not overly bright or annoying. I like the blue light as it matches the coolers of the other laptops I have. I am impressed with the performance and don't mind the wonky shape and footprint. It fits the old laptop perfectly but may overhang smaller laptops. If you can get over that, go for it. It will be money well spent.
