Interesting flavor
This is a very pleasant tea, though it’s something of an acquired taste, I think. I like having whole ingredients that I can see. I can’t speak to any supposed health benefits but it’s enjoyable enough.

Pretty and delicious herb tea blend
As someone who enjoys organic herbal teas and seeks natural ways to support my health, discovering Ruxidora Ginseng Five Treasure Tea has been a delightful experience. This tea is more than just a beverage—it's a thoughtfully crafted blend of six powerful herbal ingredients known for their wide-ranging health benefits. Each tea bag contains a beautiful combination of ginseng, red dates, goji berries, mulberries, yellow essence, and maca, packaged in a transparent tea bag that lets you see exactly what you’re steeping. This clarity brings a comforting sense of trust—I know I’m drinking something real and natural. The flavor is both soothing and subtly sweet, thanks to the red dates, which naturally sweeten the tea without the need for added sugar. This makes it especially enjoyable to drink throughout the day. The health benefits of the ingredients are impressive:• Ginseng is widely respected for its ability to boost energy, strengthen the immune system, and offer anti-inflammatory support.• Red dates are rich in antioxidants and known to improve mood and sleep quality.• Goji berries bring eye health and immune support to the mix, thanks to their high antioxidant content.• Mulberries may support heart health and help regulate cholesterol and blood sugar levels.• Yellow essence, a revered herb in traditional medicine, is believed to promote kidney health.• Maca adds to the blend's vitality-boosting properties, supporting stamina and hormonal balance.Drinking this tea has become a daily ritual for me. It uplifts my mood, gives me a gentle energy boost, and contributes to my overall sense of well-being. While it’s too early to speak to long-term effects, the immediate comfort and balance I feel are enough to keep it as a staple in my wellness routine. If you're looking for a holistic, natural way to care for your body—especially your energy, heart, kidneys, eyes, and mood—Ruxidora Ginseng Five Treasure Tea is absolutely worth trying. It's a harmonious fusion of ancient wisdom and modern convenience that any herbal tea enthusiast will appreciate.

Waste of money
Do not buy this tea. You'll waste your money. You cannot return it. If you like drinking straight sorghum syrup, try drinking this tea. Tastes awful and spiked my blood sugar. Ill effect.

Very calm and smooth
First, let me say this tea has a very smooth feel and taste. Each tea bag is individually wrapped with a string to be placed in a single cup, and all the bags are in a larger resealable bag. The shelf life is 18 months according to the stamp on the bag, so there's plenty of time to use it, but it'll last a while even for those who only casually drink tea. I didn't necessarily feel like I had any additional energy after drinking it. In fact, it was sort of calming for me and helps me have a clear mine. Maybe others will feel more energetic, as we're all different. All in all, these individually wrapped tea bags are easy to either keep at home or take with you on the go for later.

Is this herbal tea any good?
Things that I like about this tea.- It has Ginseng (I have yet to meet someone who abhors this wonder herb)- It has Maca (a root vegetable native to the Andes Mountains in Peru, and has been used for its medicinal and nutritional properties for centuries. It's often consumed as a powder and is believed to offer various health benefits, including increased energy, improved sexual function, and potential relief of menopausal symptoms.)- It has Red dates (also known as jujubes, offer a variety of health benefits, including improved sleep, digestion, and skin health. They are also rich in antioxidants and can help boost energy levels. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), red dates are believed to help replenish blood, improve circulation, and balance inner body energy.)- It has Goji berries (Native to Asia, it is known for their sweet, slightly sour flavor and vibrant red hue, they've been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years. In fact, they're believed to slow signs of aging and maintain eye health.)- It has Mulberries (Mulberries offer a range of health benefits, including improving blood sugar regulation, supporting heart health, boosting metabolism, aiding digestion, and strengthening the immune system. They are also a good source of fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants. This is supposedly good for people with Type 2 diabetes)- The thought of having a nice warm drink while imagining that you are improving your immune system, heart health, regulation of blood sugar, energy boost, brain function support, and having antioxidant properties- The tea pack smelled like chinese herbs (No disrespect. I meant this in a good way.) It had the impression it felt medicinal.- The taste of the tea after about a few minutes of brewing/steeping at 200 deg F of a cup of water was very subtle and the gentle fragrance reminded me of rice & mushroom (tea) drink. I was quite surprisedThe one thing I didn't like is:- Having the thought of having all these wonderful benefits in one miraculous dose without any guarantee but just trusting the label (this is why I give any health supplement or health drink 4 stars). If you ignore this thought, it can be a 5.Verdict:Given a choice of having soda, a sugary energy drink, and this Ginseng Five Treasure Tea on a deserted island or any given day, I'd pick the last one over. Why? Because the first two already has numerous reports and studies of how it harms our body, and the last one still has the benefit of the doubt. (At the moment, this is my favorite daily tea)

Good quality herbal tea
This is a nice caffeine free herbal tea. It's great to drink at night before bed, and the flavor is very nice. It's sweet, herbal, and it never gets bitter. The tasting notes are largely from the black mulberries with a hint of herb from some of the sliced herbs that are added.I like that the tea is individually bagged, though I personally dump the tea in my cup and brew it loose as I want to avoid the possibility of any plastics from this style of teabag, regardless of if these are biodegradable.Overall, it's a good value, and a very nice tasting healthy Chinese tea. If you like the taste of black mulberry tea, you will like this.
