for BEGINNERS and BRIGHT SOUND
I bought two of these for my students who are just starting out. It is a thinner(lighter gauge) which helps my students to easily press down the notes of chords and scales that they practice which has made it easier for them to practice. I also recommend this to anyone who is looking for a bright tone.
