I really like the fact that you can change the weight by removing or adding weight sections to make challenge yourself. Very easy to handle and extremely easy to add/remove weight. Looks just like the picture. Good value for the money and usable for all fitness levels.

i've been using this for the past few months to get back into working out. these are honestly so great - they save space and i can adjust the weights. it really is worth the money and they are quality dumbbells. they do not slip while working out and is fairly comfortable. overall, really easy to use.
