I have to say I wasn't expecting much from this, but I was extremely surprised in the best kind of way. It wasn't a pure "shampoo-in" dye like I thought, as you have to leave it in for 30-45 minutes but it's very easy to use. It has a dual-chambered bottle/pump so there's no measuring to mix. It covers gray VERY well and so far one use has lasted through four hair washes. I didn't have any kind of reaction to it but YMMV. Always test. It has (at least in my opinion) a pleasant smell and the end color isn't brash or stark. If it goes on sale again, I'll likely get another bottle.

Ok so, this is what I did. Washed my hair and then dried it.. Put some A &D ointment on my ears and about 1 inch on my skin near my hair. Didn’t have vaseline or I would have used it instead of the A &D ointment. Then I put on gloves and applied this on my dry hair. I used maybe 4 pumps and that was enough for the amount of hair I had. Let it stayed on for the 15 minutes then jumped in the shower to rinse it off. It was definitely black when I dried it. It’s been 4 weeks now and it’s still on there. I can see ( as my hair has grown) some grays coming in near the roots. This stuff is amazing. I just bought the dark brown and will use it on the next time I do this. Had no problem with it my skin on my head.

It’s been a month now since I’ve bought and used this. The shampoo really works! I have long, thick, course hair and a loooot of grays. I love the packaging and how it came with gloves, ear covers, a hair cap and a neck cover. Shampoo smells amazing and it’s really easy to use. I left the shampoo for 30 minutes since I have really dark black hair and most dyes take a while to color my hair. Only issue I have is, this stains which I knew it would since it’s a dye. However, the videos show the shampoo not staining. After one month the color washed out completely. The shampoo says to keep using to keep grays away, however, I didn’t. I also want to include that the shampoo also leaves your hair feeling stiff/dry so I conditioned it twice. Other than that, I love it. This was easier to use than ordinary box dyes being that there is nothing to mix and I feel it’s a lot quicker to apply.

Recently purchased and love it so far (First time user so I haven’t had a chance to see how long/many shampoos it’ll last). I have shampooed it once since using the dye and so far it is still holding up & looks great! My son liked the color so I also did his and he’s loving it also. It fully covered my greys and left my hair very shiny and soft. No chemical smells either, nice fruity smell. I have purchased two more bottles recently to have on hand and I’m fairly certain I’ll be back for more when I run low. Only drawback which I believe is on a case to case basis is that both my son and I noticed some minor itching/irritation while we waited for it to process in our hair but we may just have had a mild reaction to one of the ingredients (we didn’t test for an allergic reaction), however we have had no issues after washing it out and had no other symptoms. I’d just recommend testing beforehand as instructed. It was very easy to use and convenient. Definitely recommend giving this a try!

I was pleasantly surprised by this product. I'm 54 with no intention of my hair aging gracefully so box color has kind of been a necessary evil for me given having to use it once a month. Reading the reviews for this dye, I took a chance a couple of months ago and I am impressed! The bottle was surprisingly large. So far, I have needed to re-apply every 3 weeks so this bottle will last me 2 months. Yeah, basically the color and activator are in the same bottle but separated, but it doesn't reek of the same chemicals as box dye when combined. I apply it to my dry hair in the shower then secure my hair in a clip for 20 minutes, then rinse. Only one pair of gloves is included, so I took a pair thick disposable gloves from the stash my husband keeps in the garage. I rinse those each time and reuse for the next. The color is itself is rich, and I'm a wash every day girlie, so having to reapply every 3 weeks isn't bad at all! The conditioner that comes with it is awesome, but there is only enough for one application to combat dryness. That part is a bummer but using conditioner is necessary and I have plenty. That is my only gripe, but it's honestly not enough to knock a star off.

On a positive side, the colors gets applied evenly and nicely but there are TOO MANY NEGATIVES about this product and also the seller. Seller has NOT disclosed ingredients on the website and I bought 3 different color and variants of this product thinking that one of them will work out. Apparently, this product incudes all the ALL ALLERGY causing chemicals like PPD, Resorcinol etc. which you will know only when you get the product. To my surprise, they list these ingredients on brown color and others...but NOT on black color....so I thought may be black would be good...but NO....Product says natural ingredients which is VERY LESS compared to chemical used. I am surprised that people have NOT REPORTED the issue with this product. My face and head got severely bruised by using this product. I had to shave my head and beard in order to apply medicine and it is still not over. If you have sensitive skin or allergic even little but I WOULD NOT recommend this product at all. I have returned all the 3 products already. Hope people will speak up about their experience here so that other DO NOT buy this product.

I've used this shampoo for about 8 months so far. Once on all my hair then mainly to my gray roots. It works really well and lasts until my new growth comes in. The brown is too dark and I wish they had a light brown. It does leave my hair very shiny. I have looked at the natural ingredients. I do believe there are some harsh chemicals in this shampoo. But all dyes have harsh chemicals anyways so I thought this would be less damaging. My hair is moderately shedding most recently. I cant exactly attribute this to the shampoo but I am skeptical of it. Not sure if I will be using any longer.( maybe rarely) Please study all the ingredients.
