Love this flavor, quite expensive for 2oz, so I order it weekly, but it is by far top 4 Vanilla bean pastes I have tried. Great for coffee too. I would buy this again, and again.

Bought some of this to use in making creme brulee and it is AMAZING. So much more flavor than just the extract.

There's actually a whole lot more inside than I thought, despite how small a jar it came in. I used this to make banana pudding for a potluck and specifically used it to make the pudding and the whipped cream. It tasted amazing and also smelled amazing. When I first opened the lid, the smell was what got me. I'm not sure what the texture, consistency and appearance are supposed to look like since it's my first time using vanilla bean paste in something and I just learned how to make banana pudding yesterday but it was nice and smooth, kinda sticky, tasted nice, and when I used it in my pudding and whipped cream there black specks, like glitter that surrounded the pudding and whipped cream. For the price, it was well spent. I think this will last me a while since I don't bake or make desserts often. HOWEVER,, I am and will be taking off a star because it came unsealed! There was a small piece of tape holding it down but that isn't enough if you're going to sell something like this.
