George Kovacs P5042-248, Saber, 2 Light Bath Fixture, Honey Gold by Kovacs : desertcart.in Review: Bought two of these "used, like new" ($99) for lighting home office table from the wall and one more for another wall. Love the design. A bit on the expensive side for my cheap taste, only goes to showing how i like the design. I hope its not an infatuation with light sabres. These are the bulbs i use: https://www.desertcart.com/dp/B08DXDRS62. These are the brightest that will fit (i think0, they are quite long, so that more than 3/4 of each shade is lighted from the inside. 300K temperature felt best. 2700 was too warm for the office, anything than 3000 felt too cold (personal taste). Have not yet found a good smart dimmer for them though, so if you do not need it as bright, you may prefer lower wattage bulbs. Review: We are very satisfied with the product. It has a rare honey bronze finish, which is exactly what we wanted. Some might find the color too reddish. The fixture is solid and dense. The bulb base is standard screw-type 'E' size base. The instructions do not specify a bulb size that will fit within the glass tubes; standard 'A' bulbs are too large. I had to use a candelabra 'BA/CA' bulb with an E12-E26 adapter. These are LED 40W replacements, so a bit dim. Will have to find the right tubular bulb that's brighter. On the down side, the simple installation had a few unexpected challenges. 1) For some reason, I could not get the mounting plate exactly as I needed over the box; so, had to drill a hole. 2) I sweated the positioning of the mounting holes, unnecessarily. Turns out, you can rotate the fixture. The instructions did not make this clear.

These are really nice but fair warning- don’t put blue painters tape on the gold, when you remove the tape the gold paint comes right off with the tape.

A good addition to our master bath, but I am worried the glass attachments will dislodge. They are not very securely screed in.
