This is a great remote for a good value. Works like a professional remote.

I am an instructor, and this inexpensive remote works perfectly. I do not have to deal with the distances others have mentioned, so I cannot speak to that. But at the 10 to 20 foot distance, it is flawless. My only regret (NOT a complaint) is that the laser, although bright, does not show up at all on my newest generation Smartboard... the ones that are basically a giant computer monitor. I did not have a black-out function available until I bought this, and I love it. The volume control is a complete bonus, and works very well, also. I highly recommend this for the smaller classroom setting.

We needed a wireless presenter and fast, that can be used both on Apple and Microsoft products. The buttons feel very good when clicked, the outer casing is leathery and it is very comfortable in the hand. It will not be large or small.The price we thought may be too good to be true but we purchased anyways. We were pleasantly surprised when using the pointer was flawless. The price is amazing and the pointer even came with a nice little case to keep it protected. I would recommend this for anyone. It is an good product too which has never let me down.

This is a replacement for a much less sophisticated unit that finally failed after 10 years. More and better functions. Quite a bit smaller to hold and the buttons are quite close so more care required. My only concern is that it doesn’t appear to have the range of the old unit and not near the 100’ advertised. I speak in large auditoriums so this might be a problem. I’ll do a follow up.

No setup and assists as a remote for presentations.

I always seem to misplace (or lose) these, and never realize it until I need it. I ordered this with not much margin for error. It arrived when it was supposed to. I plugged it in and it worked. The built-in laser is convenient, and the controls work reliably. I was about 50 ft. away from the computer, and never had a problem with range. Overall, it is a solid addition to my laptop bag.

I have been looking for a presenter for PowerPoint for a while, but couldn't figure out which one to get. A friend let me use his Logitech and I was really impressed with it. So I set about to look for one on Amazon. While looking I saw this By Easy for less than half the price. I only use it once a week so I was looking to save a little money and the reviews seemed good. This thing really works great and the laser pointer is nice and bright. Highly recommended.

I plugged the USB receiver in to test on my Windows 10 laptop. The install was quick and needed no intervention from me. I fired up Power Point and started a presentation. The remote worked easily. For about two minutes. Then it died (except for the laser pointer). On the off chance it was just bad batteries I tried new ones (tested them too). No joy. Then I read that pressing forward and back buttons simultaneously changed it to work with a Mac. Could I have inadvertently switched it over to Mac ? To check, I pressed and held the buttons waiting for the the blue LED to flash (per instructions noted on Amazon). No blue LED flash and it still didn't work.It may just be me, but I think that new device should work more than two minutes. I will avoid Byeasy in the future.
