I am a 41 year old woman with fair, sensitive, combination skin. I have used multiple other eye creams and I really like the feel of this one! It feels thicker than their All In eye cream, so I started using that one during the day and this one at night. It feels a little thicker and more creamy but not greasy and absorbs well. It doesn’t cause any watering in my eyes or anything like that. I’m pretty sensitive to smell but this cream has very little scent to it. I’ve been using this for just a couple weeks at this point, so it’s not reasonable to try to show “results” for retinol use yet, but I have had good experiences with several of their other products and recommended to others as well. You don’t need a lot of it either. This jar will last several months depending on how generous you are and how consistent you are.

I started using the eight saints smooth sailing retinol eye cream a couple of weeks ago. The formula is thick and not greasy, absorbs easily into my skin and doesn't pill under my makeup.As someone who has had sensitive skin, I appreciate that this is one retinol product that does not irritate my eye area. Although it isn't recommended, I have tested using this product daily and still no irritation.As it's only been a couple weeks since using this product, I haven't noticed any major changes in wrinkles, but I do feel like it is keeping my skin firmer and from having any puffiness or worsening dark circles. At $40 a jar, that is the only con that I could give this product, but keep in mind that other luxury products would coat that- or more and the eight saints line is clean and the products last me a long time.

I have been using Eight Saints products for some time and love that they have limited organic, sustainable, clean, and effective ingredients and never disappoint. I was happy to see an eye cream that I haven't tried with retinol but was skeptical since every eye cream I've tried with that ingredient has irritated me. This also did not disappoint. First of all, the consistency is perfect - not too light, greasy, or heavy but wonderfully creamy and absorbs nicely. I've been using it for a few weeks now and definitely notice my lines and wrinkles are less prominent and my dark circles less noticeable. It has been one week since I started the Eight Saints Smooth Sailing Retinol Eye Cream. I was running out on my generic eye cream and decided to spend more to treat myself to something that I hoped would be better at combatting the small wrinkles creeping up around my eyes as I proceed further into my 40s. While it is too soon to say whether there is a dramatic, visible difference, I have to say that I can tell a difference in the quality of the cream. The Eight Saints product is creamier and feels much more luxurious. In fact, I like that I can still feel the moisturizing aspect around my eyes for hours after, but not in a greasy way. My past cream felt watery in comparison to this. So far, so good! I’m happy I treated myself to this.

I’ve been using the product daily for over a week and not only has it not caused any sensitivity, but my under eye area feels smooth and I’ve needed less concealer. I love it and am looking forward to continuing with this product in my daily routine! Also a little goes a long way which is also a plus!
