YUM!! Most gluten free options are too gritty or too slippery. Thai Kitchen offers a gluten-free spring onion instant rice noodle soup is nearly perfect!!

When these first came out (25 cents each!) It was my favorite snack. What has changed, though, makes me sad. The oil used to havea burst of flavor, wasn't orange, and was a key ingredient in making them taste great. Now, this orange oil tastes rancid, so I skip it. It also is a smaller noodle now, the packet more empty on the sides. I am still loving these, but -- it sucks they haven't kept things the same. I get charged plenty, you'd think they could deliver the original. Also, these GF baked noodles are the only food of this brand I like now. Every time I try something else, it's like someone who isn't familiar with Thai food cut all the corners they could, leaving only a vague sense of Thai flavor. :( Almost but not quite entirely unlike the original... (ty Douglas Adams!)

Too expensive but love this soup. Will be buying it less for now on.

My son is allergic to GMO corn, wheat (gluten) and dairy (casein). Trying to find inexpensive travel foods is a huge challenge. For my other boys we go with Top Ramen when we need easy foods. At the store these cost $1.99 or more, so when we found these on line in bulk at about $.80 a package we were very excited!He can only eat two of the flavors, but this is his favorite. This is a great product, a little small for the price compared to Top Ramen at $.10-.25 a package, but compared to a lot of allergen free foods, $.80 (depending on the current price) a package is a great price. Great flavor (I've tried one so I know what he's eating.) Easy to make, easy to take with you. The ingredient list is decent too for a convenience food.I would and do recommend this to people with or without allergies and now that I know the great price you can get here, I'll recommend people get it from here instead.

They arrived quickly! Ordering in bulk was a bargain. These taste amazing. For someone needing gluten free options, and liking ramen noodles, it is a great alternative.

I left a pretty scalding review of their fried rice so I want to offset that with a glowing review of their spring onion rice noodles. I love these.

This product was in the bags and not the container as shown. Also did not taste the same and was slimy.
