Zipper breaks
Bought it as a gift, the first time it was zipped the zipper broke. Looks great but the zipper sucks and there is no customer service that will help you resolve the matter. So now I have a backpack that is useless, and had to purchase another gift.

Hard to return
It wasn't big enough. I'm having trouble returning it because a picture has been requested and it's not accepting the pictures. It's a great vack pack it just wasn't big enough.

Like this item .I use it on my everyday life style. As of right now I'm use for storage my work thing but I can see me use it for thing too.

Perfect gift
I bought it for my son for xmas and he loves it!. He's able to put his laptop in it, amongst other things. He loves all the different compartments

Got this for a new year of school. EVERY zipper was busted in a few weeks.
