Good customer care
Awow customer service are very good i had an issue with one of their tablets and it was out of it's 30 day guarantee so spoke to them direct showd them prof of the problem and they kindly replaced the table and had it delivered free of charge. Thank you Awow customer services for fixing my problem promptly it's much appreciated

Touch and being slow
Wouldn’t work right keep freezing and very slow wouldn’t get it

Easy to use for children
My grandchildren have no problem using the tablet and have hours of fun.

Not very fast
For a new tablet bought at the end of December, it's not the best. The time it takes to load anything is quite slow. Feel like I wasted the money really. It does games, YouTube etc that any tablet can do just slowly. I do like the parental controls though, I do feel the layout is nice, just let down by slowness. Wouldn't get again sadly. I will be attempting to get a refund as I don't feel it's working as it should with how slow it is sometimes.

Durable design
The tablet has a strong cover that can handle little tantrums and the educational apps are lovely

Definitely not worth the money
Dont bother better options for the same money. Thing thing picks what charges it and what wont. The cable it came with didn't work. Now for the price i wasnt exactly expecting fireworks but it takes 3 weeks to turn on so slow and laggy when all other devices are fine before anyone says check your Internet. It often crashes saying system ui isnt responding. Its so slow i actually think i washed my car before it sorted itself. The case is brilliant cant fault that.

Lots of options, but each one gets stuck.
it jams constantly. Sometimes you have to reset it a few times to get it to work at all. It is completely unsuitable for use, more nerves than fun.
