Half were melted and unable to be used
I’m sad to say that I wasn’t happy with purchase. I ordered two packs as one was for my parents and one was for myself, all for us to take on holiday. 2 of the lip balms were great, however the other two were fully melted so we had to throw them away. The packing on the outside of the melted pack was oily and damaged but we needed them for our holiday the next day so didn’t have chance to return. The 2 that were ok did the trick and were great. We find this brand is superb for stopping us all getting cold sores in the sun. Sadly I don’t feel they had been stored correctly before coming to us.
