The media could not be loaded. Received bad product. Front side fan is not rotating and I had placed complaints for exchange the product. But not investigated by Amazon. And resist to exchange and refund due to non-returnable product.It was worst experience with Amazon.Resolution team neither spoke properly nor resolved issue. He had hang up call directly.This was second time bad experience with Amazon.
