I even reuse some of them, which makes it an eco-friendly choice for lunch packing. I paid a reasonable price for this box. It works for my kids lunch as well as organizing small items at home.

These bags are great and have so many uses. Some of the ways I use them include, but are not limited to - instead of buying boxes of individually wrapped nuts to keep in the car, it's cheaper to buy the snacks/nuts in bulk and then put handfuls of them into the bags. I also put vitamins, which are usually larger than regular pills, into the bags when I'm going away for a weekend (they may not all fit in a regular sized pill container). It can also be used for a small first aid kit - band aids and a tube of antibiotic cream easily fit in a bag. Small tubes of toothpaste and/or mouthwash also fit in them and are useful when traveling because you don't worry about a leak. Because of their small size, I don't need to waste quart or gallon size bags for just a few items. I have yet to have a bag tear on me - they stand up well and are very durable. They also tightly close so nothing falls out. Truthfully, until I realized all the uses I have this size, I used to think snack bags were a waste of money. How wrong I was. I always have them in the house now and I'm sure you'll find even more uses for them.

Purchased on a DEEEP sale for school issues with kids. It is the national brand of Ziploc bags and I feel those are the best quality on the market for this type of product. They are not reusable (amazon asks this). The value for hte money I spent was GREAT because it was $3 for 3 packs. The zipper closure works well and is why I choose Ziploc brand every time. The storage capacity for this size is small but it is snack size. ITs great for sending money to school with the kids. They are not overly thick I would say (Amazon asks....).
