Unfortunately, my product arrived faulty and the turning mechanical function did not work. I contacted customer service right away and they arranged for a replacement car to be shipped out.

Feels like I’ve been had to be honest. Car not bad but slow

After two weeks of a happy child playing with this I thought it was great, kept her happy and with a good battery life. Did everything it claimed to and could go places her other smaller remote control car wouldn’t. I then unfortunately managed to drop it from a little lower the waist height and a front wheel broke off. I thought it would be a little more durable then this given it’s designed to bump up and down kerbs? As it was bought with her own money I had no choice but to buy another, if the replacement seems ok I would happily update my review to 5 stars.

Bought this product for my Grandson to allow him the experience of RC vehicles, it is a great beginners entry level car/truck for my 6 year old Grandson. The top speed is limited as it is a Rock crawler however with an assault course made up around the garden it gives him lots of pleasure and the experience of controlling a vehicle without it getting out of hand at a faster speed. I initially had a problem with one of the batteries not holding a full charge and one of the coil shocks playing up, i contacted the supplier and they were very good and sent me out a whole new car saying that i could keep the original one for spare parts......Overall a great customer service experience and a great toy for my Grandson..........Very pleased indeed as is my Grandson.

Got this on a special offer and wasnt expecting much, but thought it would give my 6yr old a little bit of entertainment. its great though, really exceeded my expectations, he and his 3 yr old sister took this into the garden, bashed it into so many walls and sleepers, had it doing jumps and in no time had it doing obstacle course. Rechargable usb battery is great too. Really happy

Brought for my 6yr old grandson, who had great fun with it while it lasted!!! Battery x2 was useful no waiting for recharge while using. wheel broke off at axle when it hit a wall in the hall ,after periodic use for 2 months . My conclusion not as robust as stated !!
