Best perimenopausal supplement I have tried!
Taking this for about 8 months now. It keeps all my perimenopausal symptoms under control. It started working after the first few days. I forgot to take it a few days, and could tell a difference in my mood and night sweats. Won't go without it again! I have recommended this to many of my friends and co workers who claim it helps them as well.

Life changing for my pcos
Amazing! I suffer from PCOS and related issues that cause me basically to feel like I’m in early menopause. I started using this product and didn’t see a change immediately (other have which is awesome) but after rechecking the serving about and being consistent for about a month I felt amazing! So much energy, no fatigue and way less bloating!!! Please if it’s not working make sure you check the serving and just try to be consistent it’s worth it!

Works great for perimenopause
My wife started her battle with perimenopause and I read about these in a few articles. Gave em a try and she felt a difference within 2-3 days. Granted, we combined these with some high and omega-3‘s. The combo is worth the cost

Headaches. Buyer beware!
This suppplement (Clean Nutra Meno Defend) has caused me a massive headache. I looked for “headaches” to be listed in possible side effects before purchasing, and did not find it. It also has unclean filler ingredients (like magnesium stearate), so it is in fact not “clean”. I would not have purchased this if I had known I’d have horrible headaches from this product.
