This really works I’ve seen the results in less than a week. Sent it to my family as well. Barely taste anything even in just plain room temperature water. Now I’m going to start giving it to my 9yr old, I definitely will be ordering on subscription.

I just started taking this and I’m only on day 3, but my bloating after meals has decreased and I’m not as miserable. I only take half of what’s recommended and it works amazing so far. The taste is an interesting tangy flavor but it’s tolerable and I would recommend for others to try it. I take it every morning when I wake up with my other supplements and even my drowsiness has improved big time. Again, this is only day 3 for me with 1 Ml servings and I’m already noticing a big difference with my digestion, cravings, and sleep.

Taste horrible, but like the health benefits

Im a twice a week kinda girl. Slow churn in the intestines. I already had my 2 for this week. I got, took at dropper under the tongue at night. Went to bed and for the first time in a long time had to RUN TO THE BATHROOM! Granted i did eat pumpkin seeds 2 days before but i know this got my gut going real good! Only 12 hours in and im excited for what about to happen!

Tough to know if this is doing anything really, but I'd like to think that it is. It's actually tasty, so there's no reason for me not to just keep buying it and tossing a couple droppers full in my sea salt water every day.
