Decent for the price
Seems durable. I bought it to practice the Standing Power Throw for the ACFT. Seems durable. The only knock on it is the sand shifts inside making it a bit difficult to throw. Maybe the added challenge will improve my throw.

The reason I rated this so low was because it was not what I expected. It was so dead that the exercises I wanted to do I could not do with this ball.

Slam Ball
This is the best exercise slam ball. It has a nice grip and the exercises are great. I love slamming it on the floor and doing the twists. Would highly recommend!

Great Med Ball
This ball is almost exactly like the one I used at the gym. So far it has worked well and no issues. I did read the reviews on the sand coming out. My view, if you are slamming a ball soooo hard to break the sand...you should be using a heavier ball. No issues so far. Highly recommend.
