I've read a couple articles correlating long term overconsumption with an increased risk of prostate or breast cancer.I have not experienced any of the above ailments, though I've had difficulty getting more than 6 hours of sleep per night for the last 3 months - something I've never had an issue with. I'm unsure if this is directly related to consuming excessive amounts of zinc.Bottom line - don't be like me - be aware of the large amount of zinc in this product before you buy and make an informed decision.
