I got this one for remineralising my self and later on, I will get Royal Gelly for amino acids. Then I will have everything I need. In order to get the best out of your bee bread is to take a tea spoon in the morning and resist taking more as the properties in the bread are absorbed slowly. Imagine having a jar of Maruca honey honey. You wouldn't eat it all at one sitting as the advice is the same. I have already experienced better sleep and look forward to discovering more into the future.

I have been using this for around a week now and I am already feeling more energetic and the taste is not too bad, I will be buying this product in the future.
