DJI's Coolest Charging Hub.
This little charging hub is amazing and actually caused me to buy 3 additional batteries just so that I could use it's features to the max.I had originally thought I'd use it with 2 batteries, and over time, add more. But after seeing it's benefits, I had to get more. One of the best features lets you exchange the energy within the batteries and put it into a single battery. So, I'm out, I've got my 5 batteries, 1 in the drone, 4 in the hub. Once I'm at about 30%, I swap out the drone battery with 1 in the hub. I repeat this until I have the last battery in the drone, and 4 drained batteries in the hub. I then set the hub to drain 3 of the batteries of the power that remains in them, and it puts it into the other battery. Each time I've done this, I've ended up with an additional '6th' nearly full battery to use. Great in a pinch.Another awesome feature is battery bank mode. The USB port will supply power to something if you plug it into the hub. I've used this to top up my phone in a pinch, I've even used it to charge the battery on my laptop. An important note here, you need to have all of the batteries updated to the same version of their software. If you insert a battery that isn't up to date and matching the others, this feature won't work.I love that it doesn't add too much bulk as well. The 4 batteries are kept together neat and tidy, and fit into the side pouch of my backpack. Oh, and there's a power button on the side that will report the battery level of each battery in the hub, handy so that you know which ones are used, and which ones are full. The fast charging is awesome as well. Nothing will get you up and flying faster than using the 65 watt charging through the Hub. You will need a charger that puts out the right levels of power in order to use this though. I've seen a lot of people moaning about how it doesn't charge two batteries, and it absolutely does. Just having a 65 watt charger isn't enough. Most of the chargers I have are able to hit the 65 watt output but at 20 volts. They can't do the 65 watt output at 15 volts though, which is the maximum voltage the charge hub will accept. You need a charger that can output the 15 volts and around 4.5 amps in order to hit the required output, and it'll go.I can't recommend this enough. If you're flying the flip and have multiple batteries, you need the hub.
